Our "App" and "Website" feature a multitude of student and community events, and as the "App" and "Website" act as a platform for the LTTV club, they may be used by children under the age of 13. However, neither the "App" nor the "Website" directly or knowingly collect any information from users, with the potential exception(s) from the third-party services as described in Section 4.1. Should you become aware of child providing information to us, please contact the Webmaster immediately. Though we do not directly or knowingly collect any information at this time, we will still go through the process of verifying and removing any information we may have.

We strive to comply with applicable data protection regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), to the extent relevant to our operations.

This privacy policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date visible at the top of the page. As of the time of writing, there is currently no email-list nor plan to implement one. As such, this page will currently be the sole location for privacy policy updates for the foreseeable future.
